Dear Shakra

We know that in the past 12 months you had to replace both your lead singer as well as your bass player, and that with the lead singer you also lost most of your scantily dressed female fans
Also, airing dirty laundry in the Swiss press isn't the best way to get people to your concerts

So, how to make your remaining fans stay:

- If you have to replace your lead singer for a 4rth time, choose a smaller and less legendary venue then Z7

- Drop all songs from the EVEREST and INFECTED albums, better yet only play songs from the POWER RIDE/RISING HIGH/FALL area

- But most importantly: your new lead singer dosen't need to imitate Johhny Weir twirling through the air. He needs to SING, and singing usually works best if one LEARNS THE FUCKING LYRICS

Your ( slightly shocked but still hopeful) Fanbase

Without you (Anthony Rapp) - (audio) 9 hours 34 minutes

This autobiography was way more personal then most others I ever read, not leaving out some dirty laundry as "too personal and private"
This makes it a wonderful and honest book

9/10

Ich pendle, also bin ich (Bänz Friedli) - 244 pages

Shows perfectly how life is if you use the public transport system of Switzherland - unfortunatly the books centers too much on one city in this country that already think it is the center of the universe

7/10

Alles verboten (Stenkelfeld) - (audio) 1 hour 09 minutes - 5/10
Empöööörend (Stenkelfeld) - (audio) 1 hour 15 minutes - 4/10
Torchwood Tie-In - The Sin Eaters (Brian Minchin) - (audio) 2 hours 11 minutes - 5/10

Kitchen Confidental (Anthony Bourdain) - (audio) 8 hours 07 minutes

Reading this, plus "Waiter Rant" last year kind of makes you want to stop eating at restaurants
And it certaintly makes shows like "Top Chef" even more edited then you already suspect

9/10

Outlander - Book 7 - An Echo in the Bone (Diana Gabaldon) - (audio) 45 hours 54 minutes

Aside from the rushed ending a surprisingly good book

8/10

2010:
Books: 013
Cover to back: 013
Not read to end: 0
Non fiction: 4
Audio Books: 9
Rereads: 0
Pages: 908 pages
Audio time: 89 hours 24 minutes

It must be the Winter-Olympics - so all understatement is lost to the Swiss

The Swiss Olympic Team had 41 athletes two years ago in Beijing.
In Vancouver there are 46 Ice Hockey players
(n total there are over 140 Swiss athletes, which makes the Swiss the 5th biggest group - even more then Olympia-obsessed China)

And thanks to the ever so charming Ski Jumper Simon Ammann we also won the first gold medal that was handed out in those games

Thanks to bad weather there was no men's downhill race - otherwise we may would have another medal. (Didier Couchè may also better get Gold or the Swiss Media will lynch him, before he gets the chance to compete in the other two races, where they also have him down to win at least one other medal)
