Could all the stupid people now please leave the planet?

So after a long drawn out PR stunt a German "Popstar" finally has to go to trial because she knowingly infecting people with HIV

Aside from the normal WTF-ery about the case and the people giving their opinion on it in forums, two things have become clear

1) Most people still don't seem to know that there is a difference between HIV and AIDS (not that this really comes as a surprise)
HIV positive? Do we really need a political correct term for people with AIDS? is the quote that takes the cake (so far)

2) There are still people who believe that you can get infected by eating of the same plate as a positive person ( I can't even find words for this )

+ *shallow* Jake/Noah in that suit ... I said it for the previews already, but damn, boy cleans up nice ... can't even blame Luke for calling him handsome
+ Luke's speech about him and Reid "being serious" and how he is fighting his expression so he won't hurt Noah, but can't help but look sooo happy about it
+ Reid to Chris: Do you even read the same medical journals I do?
+ Reid becoming a cardiologist in his spare time (never mind that he should use that time to become a hands-on sex therapist for Luke)
+ The show really playing the shenanigans with Chris and Reid like an illicit affair (secret meetings in the men's room, sneaking into a hotel...)
+ Chris to Reid: "It will take ten minutes, then you can go back to kicking puppies" (As stupid as this storyline is, the interaction between those two is hilarious)
+ Katie speculating that Chris will be the next one to punch Reid
+ Katie calling Chris her sort-of-almost boyfriend and Chris wondering is she came to see him or Reid
+ Nurse to Luke: You really had a lot of coffee
+ Luke calling Noah out for trying to cause trouble between Luke and Reid
+ Noah: Whatever you feel about Reid, make sure it isn't one sided (wow, Noah had a positive moment in this show aside from looking good in a suit)

+/- Return of Noah, and the writers deciding to overdue Luke's "I can never forget you" spiel again
+/- Cute Nuke moment when Noah is asking Luke to go to LA with him
+/- Noah giving Luke his own version of the Face-Touch-of-Epic-Tenderness (That's part WTF and part brilliant)

- Chris sill being an idiot
- Noah still being full of fail ... forgetting that Luke has a corporation (or two) to run, mistaking an almost passed out Chris for Reid's secret lover
- Luke and Noah doing their "I was blind" - "You didn't want me to help" song and dance again ... almost a year on that storyline and they are still going in circles ...
- Katie buying the lamest exchange of reasons why she ran in on Chris and Reid fighting
- If people aren't punching Reid, he get's blackmailed
- Reid slapping Luke's arm in greeting? Really????? Way to cockblock the gays again by the idiots in charge
- After all the chiding Luke gave to Noah for bad-mouthing Reid, Luke goes and accuses Reid of being a liar (see, that is where the whole Reid and Chris storyline is stupid, stupid, stupid, because Reid is turning into a liar)
