#53-64
Generation Doof (Anne Weiss, Stefan Bonner) - 300 pages
Alles doof!! Vor allem die Autoren, die die Story aus dem Hintern ziehen
3/10
MacBeth (Shakespear) - 150 pages
5/10
He's Just Not That Into You (Greg Behrendt) - 176 pages
Aside that one should not read selfhelp books that are based on Sex and the City this was quite an interresting and as I fear educational read. There may be shy guys but a guy that falls into almost every category listed in this book is really unlikely your next boyfriend.
9/10
Stephanie Plum series - Book 1 - One for the Money (Janet Evanovic) - (Audio) 8 hours 34 minutes
Chicklit crime!
Usualy one of those genres would be enough to keep me away, but this serues really seems to be entertaining.
9/10
Stephanie Plum series - Book 2 - Two for the Dough (Janet Evanovic) - (audio) 2 hours 45 hours
Love the titel
too bad the story wasn't' as good as the first - or well maybe it was because of the abridging
6/10
Isolation Ward (Joshua Spanogle) - 527 pages
Not so much isolation in the plot itself.
The story goes way too soon in the direction of the fucked up love life and professional drama of the main character
I also think that the blurp at the back gives way too much away, as things on there only get discoverd in the last quarter of the book
7/10
Sex ist dem Jakobsweg sein Genitiv (Harald Schmidt) - 288 pages
The Intro says it all
Just put together a few keywords from other popular books in the title and watch your book fly off the shelves.
The guy just isn't funny or even cynical if he hasn't other people to write his lines.
3/10
The Study Triology - Book 1 - Poisen Study (Maria V Snyder) - (audio) 10 hours 32 minutes
I wss quite surprised by this book.
It's s story about a young woman that should get hanged for killing the son of an important man, but gets the chance to stay alive and become the food tester for the dictator.
Aside from the danger of being poisend by the next bite she also gets drawn in the political intreges of thevcountry of Ixia, nevermind the other troubles of being hunted by the ghoast of the man she killed and hiding her newly developed skills of magic ( becaus knowing magic also gets you hanged)
10/10
Outlander Saga - Book 1 - Outlander (Diana Gabaldon) - 799 pages (reread)
I don't know when I last read this, still there were some parts that seemed all to familiar.
I also noted that in this book I 'm not as annoyed with the two main characters as I am in later books.
9/10
Keep Whole (Gwen Lessner) - 170 pages
Not really written for the stage of life I am in, so only the last part really applies.
3/10
Montag ist erst Uebermorgen (Tania Konnerth) - 159 pages
While interesting at first most of the excersises are repetive and too family oriented
4/10
In Death - Book 3 - Imortal in Death ( Nora Roberts) - 320 pages, stopped after 260
I had this on a PDA and once it crashed I never really picked it up again.
As for the killer - I got spoilled by someone in the library the other day
4/10
Assult on Reason (Al Gore) - (audio) 10 hours 10 minutes
The problem with the book is that the people he wants/needs to reach are unlikly to pick up a book.
To tell them how they get manipulated by TV he needs to reach them by TV.
5/10
Stephanie Plum series - Book 3 - Three to get Deadly (Janet Evanovic)- (audio) 10 hours 10 minutes
What is it with Stephanie and cars?!? LOL
