Did you know that there was something like SOPA/PIPA planned to pass in 1997?
Did you know that by a German court ruling from 1998 you should have a disclaimer that mentions that you have no influence of the material on an external site you linked?
It wasn't the end of filesharing when Lars Ulrich started to sue people who downloaded Metallica songs
It wasn't the end of filesharing when they shut down Napster
It wasn't the end of filesharing when they started to flood Kazza/eDonky/eMule with fake files
And I am pretty sure that the end of Megaupload won't be the dead of filesharing and/or the internet either
It's pretty hard to kill the internet, and the more people start to relay on it on a daily base not only for fun but also for information and work the harder it will become.
