Donald Strachey - Book 3 - Ice Blues (Richard Stevenson) - 216 pages
it's a nice thing to see the movie versions of those books and then read the books and often get two totally diffrent story, both of them actually great
But in this case, the book was by far better then the movie, mostly because they stuck more to the LGBT premise of the the series (and the movie didn't do that but went down the road of "regular" Child-Porn)

Starship Troopers (Robert A. Heinlein) - (audio) 9 hours 55 minutes
I've never been a fan of the movie
and now after getting to know the book I know why (Forced love triangle, too "normal" weapons)
